Darron Burke fell in love with a beautiful Colombian girl named Eliana, who introduced him to her family in her home country. There, Eliana's grandmother renamed Darron "Don Pablo," as it was easier for her to pronounce. Darron and Eliana got married and started Don Pablo Coffee together.

Naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process method, this Colombian Supremo is 99.9% caffeine-free. It has a mild, sweet, rich, and smooth profile with a medium body, pleasant acidity, citrus notes, and a very smooth cocoa-toned finish with low acidity. Tastes like the real thing without the caffeine! 100% Arabica Whole Bean Coffee, GMO-free.
Lightly roasted to be caramely and consistent, smooth, bright, and easy to drink with a mild finish and a sweet, pleasant aftertaste.

Our Family Ties: We have relationships at the point of origin that give us a dedicated source of supply of the finest Arabica beans. We grow, pick, and process our own coffee beans in Colombia and manage the production of over 1,000,000 coffee trees in South America through our Sharing Certified Program. We never blend our coffees with Robusta, past crop, or defective beans, and we have an on-staff Q Grader who ensures the quality of every bean we roast.
The Art of Roasting: We slow-roast our special beans in small batches to ensure they reach optimum flavor. Our loyal customers wouldn't have it any other way. We found that people who really appreciate a great cup of rich, aromatic coffee can taste the difference between our fresh, properly roasted beans and others that are roasted by the metric ton and sold by huge corporations. We roast in multiple small-batch coffee roasters in a process that is half art and half science, caramelizing the natural sugars in the bean just right.
Freshness is Everything: Besides the finest quality Arabica beans and artisan roasting, another secret to great-tasting coffee is freshness. The shorter the time from the roaster to your cup, the better the coffee tastes. We accomplish maximum freshness by roasting to order, instead of on a production schedule like our competitors. We roast to order in regional small-batch roasting facilities in the U.S. You can smell the difference!
Focus on Sustainability: We created Compact by Design to identify products that, while they may not always look very different, have a more efficient design. With the removal of excess air and water, products require less packaging and become more efficient to ship. At scale, these small differences in product size and weight lead to significant carbon emission reductions.
